Become the architect of Indonesia's future.

The most critical infrastructure this nation can build is a generation that thinks. That work belongs to teachers, and it begins here.

What you get

Three things a lecture hall can't give you

Step 01

Teaching Practice & Class Observation

Observe experienced mentor teachers at work, then step in front of a real class yourself.

Step 02

Educational & Guidance Seminars

Regular seminars and webinars that sharpen your pedagogy, from assessment design to technology in the classroom.

Step 03

Follow-up Support

Structured feedback and check-ins throughout the program, so you always know what to work on next.

What is AFT

A real teaching apprenticeship, before your first job

The Academy of Future Teachers gives candidate teachers professional experience before they've taught in real contexts: schools and early childhood institutions.

You develop the craft that actually gets used: planning and running lessons, creating resources, assessing student learning, managing a classroom, and reflecting honestly on your practice.

Experienced mentor teachers guide you the whole way.

What you'll gain

  • A learning environment inside leading Indonesian schools, with dedicated mentors and trainers
  • Real experience and knowledge about teaching and learning
  • The opportunity to practice your teaching knowledge and skills
  • A genuine chance to be hired as a teacher afterwards

What's asked of you

  • Demonstrating professional conduct
  • Committing to professional learning
  • Presenting prepared lessons
  • Managing and finalizing the AFT program

AFT runs across ten subject tracks, so you train inside the discipline you actually want to teach.
